Honeycomb aluminum foil structure:
Aluminum honeycomb panel, the upper and lower bottom plate and the faceplate are made of aluminum alloy plate, and a layer of thick and light honeycomb core is sandwiched in the middle. The faceplate and the sandwich core are glued into a whole rigid structure by adhesive. The surface treatment of the panel can be fluorocarbon, roll coating, thermal transfer, wire drawing, and oxidation; aluminum honeycomb panels can also be combined with fire-resistant panels, stone, and ceramics. The upper and lower bottom plates and panels of the aluminum honeycomb panel are mainly made of high-quality 3003-H24 or 5052-H14 alloy aluminum plates, and the thickness of the aluminum plates is between 0.4mm-3.0mm.
Aluminum honeycomb core material is a hexagonal honeycomb core made of 3004 aluminum foil/3003 aluminum foil, the thickness of the aluminum foil is 0.02~0.06mm, and the side length of the aluminum honeycomb is 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc.
