For some high grade Stainless steel pot ,the bottom is made of at least 3 layers,two layers of steel ,and the aluminum sit in the middle,as the material to transfer the heat ,we all know that aluminum Aluminum has good thermal conductivity，however,Aluminum has no magnetism,so has no induction with electricity,but the steel does,so the cookwares could be used in the induction cooker.

The key point is that the aluminum circle can't have any oil ,or the three layers can not be pressed tightly ,and the steel bottom(S403) will fall in the daily use with the time goes on. the aluminum circle don't need to be stretched,so DC or CC material either is available.
