3004 Honeycomb Aluminum Foil

Honeycomb aluminum foil is the main material used to make honeycomb core. Commonly used alloys are 3003 aluminum foil, 3004 aluminum foil, 5052 aluminum foil, state H18/H19, thickness between 0.03-0.08mm, and more used between 0.04-0.06mm. Honeycomb aluminum foil has the advantages of low density, light weight, anti-deformation, good sound insulation, heat insulation, impact resistance, etc.

Aluminum honeycomb core is used for interior filling of door panels, cabinet doors, countertops and room dividers. It has a regular hexagonal honeycomb structure with high rigidity and can withstand greater strength. It is suitable for automobiles, construction, aviation, new energy and other fields.

The aluminum honeycomb core is made by bonding multiple layers of aluminum foil, and then unfolded into a regular honeycomb shape. The aluminum foil is made of 3004 aluminum foil, H18/H19 state, thickness 0.02~0.06mm, and the aluminum honeycomb side length models are 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm , 12mm, etc.
