Straight grain drawing
Refers to the process of processing straight lines on the surface of the aluminum plate by mechanical friction. It has the dual function of brushing the surface scratches of the aluminum plate and decorating the surface of the aluminum plate. Straight grain drawing has two kinds of continuous grain and intermittent grain. The continuous wire pattern can be obtained by scouring cloth or stainless steel brush by continuous horizontal linear friction on the surface of the aluminum plate (such as manual technical grinding under the condition of the existing device or grinding the steel brush with a planer sandwiching the steel wire brush). By changing the diameter of the steel wire of the stainless steel brush, different thickness patterns can be obtained. Intermittent silk grains are generally processed on a brushing machine or a graining machine. Preparation principle: using two sets of differential wheels rotating in the same direction, the upper group is a fast rotating grinding roller, the lower group is a slow rotating rubber roller, and aluminum or aluminum alloy plates pass through the two groups of rollers and are brushed out Fine intermittent straight lines.

Cross pattern
Generally, it is processed on a brushing machine or a polishing machine. The aluminum or aluminum alloy plate passes through the two sets of rollers, and the cross pattern of the aluminum plate surface is pressed out.

Chaotic drawing
Under the high-speed operation of the copper wire brush, the aluminum plate is moved and rubbed back and forth and left and right to obtain an irregular and no obvious texture of the matt silk pattern. This kind of processing has high requirements on the appearance of aluminum or aluminum alloy plates.
ripple
It is usually made on a brushing machine or a patterning machine. Using the axial movement of the upper group of grinding rollers, the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate is brushed to obtain a wavy pattern.

Spin pattern
Also known as optical rotation, a cylindrical pattern or cylindrical stone nylon wheel is installed on the drilling machine, and kerosene is used to blend and polish the paste, which is a kind of silk pattern obtained by rotating and polishing the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate. Mostly used for decorative processing of round signs and small decorative dials.

Thread

The appearance of aluminum alloy products is electroplated, and the colors of aluminum alloy products cannot be oxidized. Only the colors of authentic aluminum products can be oxidized.
