- good thermal performance. The thermal conductivity of closed cell aluminum foam with porosity of 80%-90% is 0.3-1W/ (MK), which is equivalent to marble. Under the condition of forced convection, the heat conduction effect is excellent.
- it preserves aluminum corrosion resistance, low moisture absorption, no aging and non-toxic.
- the processing and installation are very convenient. Aluminum foam can be cut, bored and cemented, and can be made into various shapes through grinding tools, and can be treated like ordinary aluminum, and can also form a large, lightweight, high stiffness plate. As the "body" is light, the foam aluminum material can be easily installed at high places without any mechanical lifting equipment. It also allows direct use of adhesives to paste on ceilings and walls.
