How to control the hardness of industrial aluminum profiles is the key point in the production and processing of industrial aluminum profiles. A little unqualified will cause users trouble. So how should we solve the low hardness of industrial aluminum profile?

1, Setting and control of aging furnace temperature of aluminum profile: generally, there is a certain error between aging furnace temperature and aging furnace surface temperature.Set the temperature according to the actual temperature of the furnace.

2, Aluminum profile aging insulation: aging should be carried out strictly in accordance with the process requirements, holding time should be appropriate to prevent under-aging or over-aging and lead to insufficient hardness. 

3, the aluminum profile extrusion mounting frame must not be too dense. There should be an interval between materials. In particular, the less ventilated material and the thicker material are more spaced.When the pipe material is fitted with the small material and the sheet material, the pipe material is placed below, so it is beneficial to the aging circulation air supply.

4, The other special alloys of 6xxx should be aged separately from the ordinary 6063 Alloy before the furnace is installed. The special alloy process should be used for aging due to the cause of production.
