Brief introduction of aluminum honeycomb panels
Aluminum honeycomb panel is mainly based on high quality 3003H24 aluminum plate or 5052AH14 high manganese aluminum plate. The thickness of the panel is 0.8~1.5mm fluorocarbon roll coating plate or color light resistant paint. The color light resistant paint is stronger than PVDF in the aspects of scratch resistance, acid rain corrosion resistance and self cleaning, the thickness of the floor is 0.6~ 1.0mm, and the total thickness is 25mm.
Honeycomb material has excellent properties such as high wind pressure, shock absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation, flame retardance and high specific strength. Therefore, it has been widely used in civil fields. Aluminum honeycomb panel curtain wall has been widely used in exterior decoration of high-rise buildings because of its many advantages such as light weight, high strength and large rigidity. The total thickness is 15mm, and the bottom plate of the panel is 1.0mm thick aluminum honeycomb plate, only 6Kg/㎡. The honeycomb panels with the same stiffness are only 1/5 of aluminum plates and 1/10 of steel plates. Interconnected aluminum honeycomb cores are like countless I-beams. The distribution of core layer is fixed in the whole plate surface to make the plate more stable. Its anti wind pressure performance is much more than aluminum Composite Panels and aluminum veneer. It is not easy to be deformed and has good flatness. Even the cell size of the honeycomb plate is very large. It can also achieve very high flatness and is the preferred lightweight material in the construction industry.
