1, Aluminum foil rolling pass reduction rate is generally about 50%, the thickness of the finished product is below 0.03mm, the finished product rolling pass is generally used double rolling. The products with thickness below 0.01mm are trimmed in double pass rolling and its front pass; those larger than 0.01mm but not more than 0.03mm are trimmed in the last pass; those larger than 0.03mm are not trimmed in the last pass. The number of edges cut on each side is not more than 15 mm.

2, the width of production should follow the principle of first rolling and narrow rolling, otherwise the surface luster of aluminum foil is not consistent.

3, different passes have different requirements for roller surface. When rough rolling, the material is thick and must be greatly pressed down. It is desirable to bring in more rolling oil. The oil temperature should be lower and the heat produced during rolling can be taken away. In order to bring more rolling oil into it, the surface of the roller must be rough. During mid rolling, the roll is slightly thinner than the rough roller. The surface of the finishing roll is finer to obtain better finished aluminum foil.

4, thin oil film rolling was used in finishing rolling. In order to obtain thin oil film, the rolling oil temperature is mainly improved. The crude oil temperature in rough rolling is 20-40℃, and the oil temperature in finish rolling is 40-60℃. The oil film can be thinned and the surface quality of aluminum foil can be improved by raising oil temperature.
