1.8011 aluminum foil contains Mn and Mg elements, while 8021 aluminum foil does not contain these two elements, so the strength and corrosion resistance of 8011 aluminum foil is higher than 8021 aluminum foil;
2.aluminum foil 8011 high strength, but the corresponding elongation and puncture resistance in the same state, to be lower than 8021 aluminum foil, so in the pharmaceutical packaging, the aluminum foil coating on the back of the drug capsule plate is mostly 8021 aluminum foil, while the higher requirements for sealing and elongation of the blister aluminum and tropical aluminum more 8021 aluminum foil and 8079 aluminum foil;
3.aluminum foil 8011 is more widely used, can be used in drug packaging, food packaging, lunch box material, tape foil, cable foil, milk cap material, bottle cap material and many other fields, while 8021 aluminum foil is relatively high price, mostly used in the relatively high requirements of lithium battery soft package aluminum plastic film and blister drug packaging.
